After much research and price comparison, I finally ordered a leather sectional that I've been wanting for such a long time. It was well worth the wait! The quality and comfort of it far exceeded my expectations, especially since I was ordering "site unseen". Everything went as stated with email updates during the ordering and manufacturing process to phone calls during the delivery process. The only negative was the long wait. The website states 30-90 days and it definitely is near the 90 days for completion. We sold our old stuff rather quickly so to us the wait seemed much longer, but again, worth it! We went to a couple of reputable Palliser dealers to get a quote on the pieces we wanted. the price we were getting was consistently higher that Leather Shoppes by as much as $3500 . I told my wife this was a no brainer, lets take a chance and get the furniture online from the Leather Shoppes. I checked out a half a dozen online dealers selling Palliser and the Leather Shoppes has the best website and a great score with the BBB, not to mention great prices too. we had to wait for the furniture to be made and delivered but , it was the same amout of time as in the neighborhood stores. We had our furniture delivered and setup inside the house . This is the best option since furniture is heavy , why risk damaging it, let the pros bring it in and set it up. the furniture looks and feels great. we bought an all leather couch, theater seating in a geranium red color. my wife wanted this color I was skeptical but I really like the color. the delivery service was great they called said they would be there on this date between 4 hour window and they showed up within the time frame unloaded setup and cleaned up all wrappings. if I were to buy furniture again I wouldnt hesitate to buy online especially from the Leather Shoppe.

Delivery was great. One small scratch on the leg; nothing a furniture pen couldn't take care of. It was expertly packaged for shipping. One comment is that I didn't realize that the sofa cushions were attached. This information is nowhere on the site. I wanted this brand and couldn't find it locally, so I figured if I had to buy through a store 50 or more miles away, who ordered cross-country from the factory anyway, I might as well do some price shopping on the internet. There were issues with the first shipper you choose (because of the limited access to my home on a narrow hillside street in California) that delayed delivery a few weeks, but you found another shipper and everything worked out fine. We had been searching far and wide for a good leather sofa, well made and with a good lower back support. A sofa with zipper access to the pads in the event we ever needed to replace the padding. Our Flexsteel Latitude Couch and Loveseat arrived very well packaged and damage free. I placed the order on Oct 5, 2007 and was told that it could be a while but we were advised of upcoming delivery and received our order within 3 and 1/2 weeks after placing.
