We went to a couple of reputable Palliser dealers to get a quote on the pieces we wanted. the price we were getting was consistently higher that Leather Shoppes by as much as $3500 . I was surpised to say the least, since we have been purchasing most of our furniture over the years from another furniture store. I told my wife this was a no brainer, lets take a chance and get the furniture online from the Leather Shoppes. I checked out a half a dozen online dealers selling Palliser and the Leather Shoppes has the best website and a great score with the BBB, not to mention great prices too. we had to wait for the furniture to be made and delivered but , it was the same amout of time as in the neighborhood stores. We had our furniture delivered and setup inside the house . This is the best option since furniture is heavy , why risk damaging it, let the pros bring it in and set it up. the furniture looks and feels great. we bought an all leather couch, theater seating in a geranium red color. my wife wanted this color I was skeptical but I really like the color. the delivery service was great they called said they would be there on this date between 4 hour window and they showed up within the time frame unloaded setup and cleaned up all wrappings. if I were to buy furniture again I wouldnt hesitate to buy online especially from the Leather Shoppe.

Ordering with John was easy, and I saved a thousand dollars versus buying it locally. The 60+ day wait was about the time they stated it would take to arrive. I wanted this brand and couldn't find it locally, so I figured if I had to buy through a store 50 or more miles away, who ordered cross-country from the factory anyway, I might as well do some price shopping on the internet. We had been searching far and wide for a good leather sofa, well made and with a good lower back support. A sofa with zipper access to the pads in the event we ever needed to replace the padding. I purchased the St George Tempo Soft model in Antique Lace from your North store in October 1992 and bought a matching chair approximately 1 year later in August 1993 and would like you to know that it has been the best leather products I have ever owned. They look new today and have held up as the fine quality that you sell. Customers always seem to find the time to complain about something that they are not happy with, but your company and manufacturers have such great products. My family members who live in other states have gone through 2 different sets of leather furniture and it has never held up to the quality you sell.
